Q. I have reddish bumps on the backs of my arms. What can I do to get rid of them?
A. This is most likely a minor type of blemish known as Keratosis Pilaris - a genetic skin condition where the dead skin cells don't exfoliate normally and therefore clog the pores. To clear this up, you need to use either a chemical or mechanical exfoliation such as glycolic acid or lactic acid, or a scrub product.
