Q. Can I put perfume in my hair? If so, should I do so when the hair is wet or dry?
A. You can put perfume in your hair, but it is not recommended. I'd just spritz a small amount, as you're putting a fair amount of alcohol on your hair in the process, and it will dry out your hair if you put on too much. If you want it to last, put it on when the hair is dry, or some of the perfume will evaporate with the water.
