Q. Is it unhealthy to workout with makeup on?

A. It's not unhealthy, but it's not ideal. When you get hot, your pores open and and this allows makeup to settle into them. It's not a big deal if you make sure to get it all off before your sauna session. But frankly, why would you allow yourself to get your skin that dirty? If you can't live without glamming it up for your workout, just play your eyes up, and add a little gloss on your lips and leave the skin bare.
